I guess (with regard to my post of the vc8 files) we can try to
keep these updated (when they add new projects or files) and
have them in a place for download.  I think they might last
a while and could be linked from the Wiki to the JIRA.

That's why I was trying to make an independent set of files.
Also that trick from the Wiki today with using a vcprops file
will make things a lot easier.

So, idea is to have a working set and one specific JIRA issue
and once someone updates the files, they can upload them with
the relevant version number.  I'll also make stuff available
to help with building those automatically.
