The data are :
- Any new computer shipped with a 3D card able to run SL have a
dual-core cpu. (unless your manufacturer is really an idiot)
- high-end gamer computer are quad-core with 512 or more MB of VRAM
- intel and AMD announced more and more core. They do it already and
we can easily see that we reached a very strong frequency limit.
(around 3Ghz)
- More RAM, faster RAM
- HDD aren't really a lot faster. Just A LOT more capacity and internal cache.
- A lot of ppl, and all gamers will move to vista sooner or later,
because only vista support DirectX 10, not XP(!), not Win2k. (bastards
!)
Some useless data (useless for optimisation) :
- The next kickass device will still not be 3D VR Glasses (headache!)
but multitouch screen (yum!)
