[sldev] Moving/Rotating objects in Build mode

I missed the post about the Wii remote drivers, and it doesn't appear to be
in the archives. BTW, is it me or the archives just include 2007?

The joystick input routines were I believe for camera movements, not Build
mode, and it was in an internal branch.
Is there some kind of docs that explains how the Build mode works? All I
found was wiki stubs.
