[sldev] CAPTCHA to validate land sales.

The current Land Sale interface is the way it currently is... because that's
what people wanted. They told LL's "You do this and it will solve all our
land sale problems" They did it... and people are still bitching about it..
but not because of land swoopers (the generation before bots) but because of
bots.

The complaints are generated mostly by other "Land Barons" who don't have
bots and can't compete at the more lucrative low price land flip.

A CAPTCHA on PURCHASE will not prevent people from screwing up and putting
their land up for sale too cheap. A delay on showing in the listings will
not prevent people from putting their land up for sale too cheap.

So what complaint do we really have?

1. The interface is so confusing it causes people to make mistakes in
selling land
2. Land Bots can find and buy land faster then a human

If your complaint is #1, design a UI layout / flow that can prevent
mistakes, but don't keep dragging up how landbots can find cheap land
If your complaint is #2, design something you feel will improve the
situation. But remember that there is always going to be someone who will
be able to automate most processes and will still be faster.
