I don't know the tutorial, but just glancing at Wikipedia may be a
help, because SL wiki and Wikipedia share a same platform, MediaWiki.

On MediaWiki, the general understanding is that the discussion should
be on the discussion (or talk) pages.  Article pages are not the place
for the discussion, but for the conclusions (or, the latest proposal.)
