Ironically, someone created a prim which displayed the profile picks of nearby avatars (basically a script doing a sensor to detect nearby avatar keys and then pulling the picture from world.secondlife.com via the parcel media settings).
 
LL removed this prim on the basis it violated the community standards for privacy.
 
Technically, therefore using this information on another website should also be a ToS/CS violation but of course restricting those with SL accounts but still leaving this information usable by anyone else on the web doesn't really make sense.
