[sldev] stereoscopic status and Becoming Dragon, a 365 hour performance in Second Life

Which version of the viewer are you using for your work? The last
patch attached to the JIRA is in a pre-Windlight viewer. If someone's
done work in 1.21 or later, it's worth trying to ramp up internal
involvement.
