[sldev] Small Prim Culling

LLVolumeGeometryManager::rebuildGeom? That's where facep->mPixelArea is
compared to FORCE_CULL_AREA and FORCE_SIMPLE_RENDER_AREA, anyway. Grepping
the code for PixelArea seems to turn up where it's calculated.
