[sldev] Failed build on x86_64, failed including glib?

Of course... Looking at our favorite friend, the wiki, I find a tiny note
that changing to the X11 opengl via "eselect opengl set xorg-x11" might
help...  And the saga continues...

Once I get this worked out I'll have to write something on the wiki...  I'll
know too much not to contribute!
