[sldev] Code review for those of you with commit access

I don't know where/if the info is but just a suggestion, it may be useful to
link the info page on the wiki (as well as any other documentation pages) to
the guidelines and steps to get commit access in the first place since the
instructions seem to assume that person already has or knows how to get
commit access.
