[sldev] Code review for those of you with commit access

Addendum to my previous posting,

Found some info at
http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Version_control_repository#Write_access on
getting write access but that's sparse at best and I don't know enough about
the process to feel comfortable writing up a new set of instructions.
