[sldev] Passing in loginuri with secondlife:///

What is the URI format for secondlife:///app/login if I want to tell the
viewer to login to a grid at <http://localhost:5000/>? I am looking at <
http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Viewer_URI_Name_Space> and it nothing is
jumping out at me.
