[sldev] How many chars can be sent in an HTTP post?

I jumped to conclusions from the 'Thanks great SL Scripters!' that this was
about the script functions!  But this is the sldev list, not the scripters
list.
I believe the others have covered the limits outside of our LSL imposed
limits.  There is a 1024 byte limit on headers in our C++ processing of
requests in the simulator.  I'm not sure about any other limits.
